Dear Katherine,

I want to thank you for meeting with me and my daughter yesterday. Not only did you get the job done, you did it in a way that was therapeutic for her and for me. As you might imagine, we are all a bit weary from the medical issues going on in our family, and your kind thoughtful and practical approach was just what we needed. Both of us felt so much better after meeting with you. In particular, you were wonderful with her. We are most appreciative.

Most people do their job because they have to but Dr. Peterson does her job with passion and real love for the student and that makes a big different in the results.

I have seen Dr. Peterson’s commitment to improve the life of students with learning differences. For example, my 9 year old son is a child with learning differences.

This has being a real struggle for me as a mother. But almost 3 years ago, Dr. Peterson's put together a working plan to help my son overcome his learning differences. Today I am proud to say that Dr. Peterson’s plan is working and that I am seeing my son's personal growth, self-esteem grow, his anxiety is better and now he likes the school and he is learning!

She is acutely aware of the challenges that some of our students face socially, academically, physically, and emotionally and desires to find creative ways to meet their individual needs within the school environment.
